Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

V1.0.0.7 and this issue is still uncorrected... How much longer do we have to wait?  (disable Sparse Grid Supersampling comes down to stealing with a garbage can, any other solution ?)

The issue is that we simply do not understand what causes this and why it happens sometimes and not all the time.  It's also not very high on our list, I am sorry this annoys you so much.

It's simply not possible for us to introduce a fix on this without it having an effect to the worse for > 90 % of our customers who are not using this setting.
