speedrick 0
Hello, when flying from A to B, I use the PFPX to issue Flightplan and fuel requirements, using the A330 Trent engines profile. The calculated fuel qty is then, via MCDU 3 uplifted. immediately after T/O, the fuel prediction via the FMC starts to misbehave. remaining fuel on destination starts to decrease to negative values, meaning that the airplane never gets to the selected destination airport. figures shown were between -0,6 and - 25,3T..... I’ve tried 4 long haul flights over the weekend, but never got at the destination, due to this. pls assist, Eric
Deputy Sheriffs masterhawk 799 Posted December 22, 2019 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted December 22, 2019 The fuel predictions during preflight should be ok. The predictions during flight are off and is being worked on. But if you don’t get to your airport you might have the excessive fuel usage problem. How was your FuelFlow in CRZ? Can you enable logging and upload the ecam systems log?
becas 53
@masterhawk If the origin and destination are the same, the fuel predictions are off on the ground and in flight.
speedrick 0
EDDF and TBPB were both airports to connect last night... When i took off, the fuel estimation on destination was 6.5T..... Into the flight, estimation was -25.3T in my case. Kind Regards, Eric
