Lukla not displaying after install

The pic is what I get and P3D states "scenery config file error" can't locate "area.158 160 161 162

Which exact version of Lukla and which exact version of P3D?

Where did you Lukla install and please show a screenshot of the error message.

Obviously it is not correct installed

Lukla 1.01 and P3D 4.5, the errors display exactly what I wrote.
