Fuel qty. calculations

Hello.

I wonder how the math is performed to calculate Fuel onboard at destination?

Consider my screenshot below. EICAS (far left) is showing 1390 KG FoB.

FMS calculates 1200KG remaining upon arrival at ESSA (Arlanda, Stockholm).

but...MFD2 is indicating 1355KG upon arrival

 

So is the FMS calculation based on missed approach segment or why do the numbers not match? (maybe they shouldn't, but common sense would indicate they should match?)

PS isn't Fuel remaning at my alternate (ESKN) very low, consider it's 131NM at FL100 but calculated fuel burn is  a mere 75KG?

Any ideas?
