the screenshot is very small and not really readable.

But what is the problem?

Was the Key not accepted if you have put in it?

But if the Key will not work, then only FlightFactor can reactivate it.

We (Aerosoft) don't have access to the key databases.

So in this case please open a FlightFactor ticket here:

Fill in ALL fields!
This usually works fast.
