Deltalpha 0 Posted March 28, 2019 Share Posted March 28, 2019 Out of curiosity, I timed the engine start on the CRJ today as I've always felt they got going too quickly....I pinned it at 33 seconds to go from off to stabilized for a single engine. About 1 minute, 10 seconds to get both engines started. I don't have much real world experience with the CRJ so I can't tell if this is normal or not -- are the engines supposed to start this quickly?
