US Cities X Boston Install with FlyTampa KBOS

Purchased Aerosoft US Cities X Boston last night. Installing on P3Dv4 and the setup didn't find FlyTampa but left a folder D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Ecosystem\Aerosoft\USCitiesX-Boston\Scenery\FlyTampaKBOS containing 2 files named as 000_FlyTampa_Excludes.BGL and Boston_Aerial_B02_FlyTampa.bgl

I learned from FlyTampa Forum some files needs to rename to .off to prevent issues, So, I renamed from D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Ecosystem\Aerosoft\USCitiesX-Boston\Scenery the file, Boston_Aerial_B02_FlyTampa.bgl to Boston_Aerial_B02_FlyTampa.off Now, should I copy the same filename from the FlyTampaKBOS folder into USCitiesX-Boston\Scenery folder? If so, then where will go the file 000_FlyTampa_Excludes.BGL from FlytampaKBOS folder? Or, what to do with the folder FlyTampaKBOS?
