Simplanet Order

I submitted a ticket to for the airbus series and SMF scenery that I bought from Simplanet to get transferred over to Aerosoft so I can redownload as instructed in this thread


But, support replied that they can't do anything because I didn't by it directly from Aerosoft.  What should I do now so I can redownload?

.You could try a PM to Mathijs at "mathijs.kok@aerosoft.com" to alert him to the issue. Since he's hyper-busy as the trail boss on the soon to be released new Airbus series, there may be some delay until he can get back to you. Reference this thread in your message as an aid to working the issue.
