Item total is invalid So i submit a request three times staff doesn't know what the exact problem Finally, i decided to use another browser i am using chrome no issues before this problem Here is my suggestion I want to delete order history if it's not finished or not completed... i am always asking to delete order history I think it's very inconvenient to people those who are updating checkout status Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted January 21, 2018 Aerosoft Share Posted January 21, 2018 I have checked your communication with my support staff and indeed we have solid idea why PayPal does not process your order while it does process all others who use the same browser. It's a problem out of our control. Deleting an order however is hard because sometimes credit card companies doe need some time to handle orders, and for sure all orders using other means of payment (bank etc) sometimes need a few days to be completed. It is not something that is a real problem though, without payment the order simply stays in our system as incomplete, without any effects to you.
