Das Support Ticket System über unsere Homepage läuft nun wieder und nun sollten alle Emails auch bei uns eintreffen.

 

Sie erhalten eine Bestätigungsemail mit Ticketnummer - wenn es erfolgreich war.  

 

Es tut uns leid, wenn manche vergebens auf Antwort gewartet haben, lag dann aber daran, dass wir keine Anfrage erhalten haben!
