    I think they are costum made, they have more detail than the default ones. Not 100% sure.

    Yeah, I think I could recognize one sign on one of the pictures posted on the product page. Hopefully the developer keeps going on with such details :) also for the FS9 version. In my opinion especially in those details should be taken care about :)

    I'd like to say very nice looking scenery. Especially the textures an buildings are really nice.

    But some mistakes I found taxiing all over the airport:

    Taxyway designators in taxyway signs not corresponding to the airport charts (EUROCONTROL, the linked VATSIM charts or Navigraph Charts). If you don't know which designator belongs to which taxiway please refer to the during the installation in the start folder linked Charts.

    e.g.

    A2 should be D

    A1 should be C

    STOP1 is on taxiway A instead of C

    C2 should be B2

    C1 should be B1

    STOP2 is missing (on the airport but on the wrong position)

    the position where the wrong STOP2 is actually standing is a CAT II/II holding point on taxiway E

    A4 should be F

    B1 should be G

    and the CAT II/III holding Point on F you named STOP1

    B should be M

    all in one -> nearly every sign is showing wrong designators and holding points.

    The next point is, that there are still blast fences standing in the wrong direction on Apron 3. Meant are the two ones in front of the Terminal.

    I'm really sorry to find so many mistakes in this scenery and hope they will be fixed soon. You leave a disappointed customer. Do the best to change my mind.

    what I found on his sceneries is that there are default taxiway signs, placed with an afd tool. Is it here the same? Or custom made taxiway signs?

    Hi Axel,

    no, it's not included at the moment.

    But if you (or someone else) is able to give me information about the correct GPS-position, could post here some good photos and have info about the dimensions it will be included or delivered a little bit later separately. Because in my eyes it's worth to include it. Your photo sadly isn't good enough to deliver these needed data I asked above.

    Hi Rainer, thanks for the preview. Not visible on the Hamburg screenies: will the "new" radar tower be included on the north side of the airport? There is a radar on the top, isn't it? And for Bremen: doesn't look that the bridge of the highway A281 is included. It is passing just behind the airport area and the pylons are visible from the other side as well. But maybe too late now... ;-)

    Anyway, great that the team is upgrading the sceneries and that for free! :)

    @Axel H!

    I just find the solution for FS9 : i've deleted the scenery from my PC, then I have reloaded the last version which was in my Simmarket's account. I have activated it manually and AES did recognize it.

    Hopefully it will work also for you.

    In the meantime, I wish to all virtual pilots as well as to the team of Aerosoft a merry Christmas and a happy New Year :hello-bye_s:

    Thanks for your replies, I downloaded the whole installer 1.1 from simmarket and now AES finds LEBB.

    Bonjour V1,

    certaines fois ça me fait ça aussi. Dans ce cas, redéclare manuellement cette scène même si elle l'est déjà dans ta bibliothèque des scènes. Redémarre AES, quand le message d'alerte apparait, valide la scène la plus haute (plus proche de 1). A partir de là, tu devrais pouvoir activer AES sur cette scène.

    what I understood from V1's post he has had a problem with the activation of Bilbao in AES 2.09.

    Could you pls translate your solution in English here?

    I have the same problem with activation. AES does not show up LEBB in its installed airport list. I also had to activate Bilbao manually in FS9. Maybe there is the problem, it's a bit tricky in win7 64.

    Mega Airport Schiphol: Initial Release Issues.

    I am not sure if this has been posted before in this thread:

    A few days ago I was taxiing at Schipol (real airport, not in FS) and would like to ask if it is possible to have the outer part of the airport, I mean the area around RWY36L/18R a little bit more embedded by trees and the street system there. I didn't know that there are so many trees now near the taxiways and RWY36L/18R. I thought it was quite "empty" or "flat" area. Maybe some of the Dutch users here or Schipol experts can confirm that. A little bit more real remoted area there would be fine in FS. By the way, RWY36L/18R is far away but very often used ;-)

    By the way, I found on the real airport an interesting sign near the runway entry: "check SID in FMS" :-)

    Paris Orly FS9 initial Release Issues

    nice to hear that with Nice ;-) Madeira would be fine as well for FS9 ;-)

    But regarding the lower fps at Orly: I also have the same problem, stuttering starts (on my system a smooth stuttering, but noticeable) as soon as the view is towards the large terminal area.

    By the way, I made the AFD file now x-winded, that means the use of simultaneous use of the runways, maybe not 100% correct like in real but there is no more only one runway in use. Can I post it here in the forum??

    Editing Mega Airport Schiphol

    Hi,

    I also have the problem, when editing the AFCAD on my own, after saving, the default airport is there. Any idea how to deal with this? We even cannot edit the parking stands for our AI usage. Any way to exclude the default Schipol scenery? I do not use the payware AFX, I tried with AD9X (freeware) but no success. It does not compile.

    Would be nice to get an exclusion file by Aerosoft.

    Hi,

    I hope you could address the developer with your facts about the tower and the grass patch in your screenshots. In my opinion these important things like the tower or jetways etc should be as real done as possible. By the way, I am not disappointed about the ESSA scenery. The DFS sceneries have been becoming better since EBBR. So let's hope we will have a pretty good EHAM finally!

    Hi zusammen,

    möchte mich hier gerne den FS2004 Nutzern anschließen und wäre auch für eine Umsetzung für den FS9.

    Ich denke, es gibt hier sicherlich jede Menge anderer Leser, die die Superbilder ansehen, und sich eine FS9 Version wünschen, aber sich hier nicht extra anmelden wollen zum Posten ;-)

    Also: Bitte eine FS9 Version davon. Eine für den FSx könnt ich nicht kaufen.

    Trotzdem weiterhin gutes Gelingen!!

    Details at airports in higher resolution

    Hi,

    is it possible to get updates for e.g. Frankfurt with higher resolution on special items?

    The position signs at the parking stands and gates with the gate number and position in Latitude and Longitude for example. When I park with an aircraft I cannot read the smaller letters because of the resolution.

    Hi Rainer,

    what I mean is the Motorway 281 that was opened last year I think, just behind this Bremen Airport City. It has a bridge with high pylons and red signal lights at night because of its height. But on your previews I cannot figure out how far you have covered the area behind the airport. Maybe this could be modelled later on.

    And I would like to know if all these new renditions of your airports are modelled from scratch or do you use the basic buildings from the previous GAPs? That's just because I am curious about how fast such great sceneries can be modelled :blink:

    Hi,

    stunning scenery again like all the others from your team!

    Does the new scenery surrounding also include the bridge of the very close highway? The big pylons are visible from a far distance when approaching the airport.

    Hi,

    abouth Jim Vile's approach file: where is it located in your scenery folder? I have installed an older file by him in the Generic folder under Scenery in FS09.

    Is it the same one that was for free available? Do I have to delete it?
