Excellent news!
Nils, thank you very much for the heads up.
Looking forward to the updated Fraport, my favourite airport.

When you open Aerosoft's website, log into the USER CENTER (it's on the right) and you will find your ORDER history.
There is all information about your purchased products, including serial numbers.

i wish i knew how to snap and post a screenshot in FS9
If this is really a problem for you, you can always go the most simple way:
- when in FS in an appropriate moment press the PrintScreen key on your keyboard
- leave FS and open any graphics editor, may be your MS PAINT
- paste the screenshot you have prepared (PASTE or just CTRL+V)
- save it
Theoretically it is ready. But it would be nice if you spent an additional moment to resize the picture (reduce size) and change the format from bmp into jpg
- now upload your screenshot into any free image host (first register and log in there, you will find it useful many times in future), for example http://photobucket.com/
- after you do it, just copy the link to the image (you will see it available under your newly added photo) and paste it here into your post for others to see
Voila!
-
Please log in at the main Aerosoft site, go to the User Center, open your order, copy the serial and paste to make sure everything is fine.
And yes, there may be '/' or '=' signs.

I wish I could help directly, but living in Europe I hardly have any access to US or Asian airports. I hope there will be many people willing and being able to help.
I am writing these words just to express my enthusiasm and joy for this idea, especially about Asia which is such a fascinating continent. There are some Asian sceneries around but many more have only poor representation or none at all.
I am sure it will be a huge success to offer quality renditions of airports like Beijing ZBAA, Shanghai ZSPD or Delhi VIDP (I am not sure ImagineSim will succeed here).
Go, Aerosoft, go!

The correct priority is like that (an excerpt from my scenery.cfg):
[Area.067]
Title=Austria Pro 2004 Mesh
Layer=67
Active=TRUE
Required=FALSE
Local=atp2004\ATPDEM
[Area.068]
Title=Austria Pro 2004 LandClass
Layer=68
Active=TRUE
Required=FALSE
Local=atp2004\ATPLC
[Area.069]
Title=Austria Pro 2004 Objects
Layer=69
Active=TRUE
Required=FALSE
Local=atp2004\ATPVIS
[Area.070]
Title=Austria Pro 2004 Vienna
Layer=70
Active=TRUE
Required=FALSE
Local=atp2004\ATPWN
[Area.071]
Title=FlyTampa-Vienna
Layer=71
Active=TRUE
Required=FALSE
Local=Addon Scenery\FlyTampa-Vienna
Of course remember that if you add the scenery manually from within the sim via the Scenery Library, the order will be opposite:
If you use a LOWW scenery addon (e.g. FlyTampa's), add the scenery on top (as you can see here additionally).
-
You can remove the scenery via the Control Panel --> Add or Remove programs

however im not even seeing it on my list
There is only one list - the one I linked above and it is available on-line for everyone to see.
If you misunderstood however, and think of your AESHelp config list, then there are no planned airports listed. Why would they be there?
There are only AVAILABLE (meaning: AES supported) airports. And EGPH support for FS9 is NOT available.
I hope this is clear for you now.
-
I assume you are using FS9.
If you look at the AES-supported airports list, http://www.aerosoft.com/shop-re/links/aesairports.html , you will see that there is P which means it is only Planned for future:
So this airport is unfortunately not supported in FS9.

Hi!
Before Oliver comes here to identify your problem, you might help him help you and share some info from yourself:
- which Windows version are you using?
- which Sim are you using (FS9 or FSX)?
- which version of AES are you trying to use (if anything older than 2.12, please update it)
-
it's a shame that I'll never fly to there
Never say never!
-
Surely I don't have to buy credits again?
Hello, Martin!
The release note for AES 2.12 says:
'Two Airports are new Version of older Products, like Birmingham of UK2000 or Denver of ImagineSim, which are now supported by AES too. As in such cases, Users with activations of the older Version gets an Update reduction for the Credits need for the new Versions'
So, I would interpret it like that: you do have to assign credits but at a reduced number if you used an activated older version.

Petrovich,
thanks for the detailed info!
I've always believed Russians have some of the world's best addon designers, both for scenery and aircraft.
A huge potential and top notch quality.

I am not registered at the SwimWings forum, so let me write it here:
gorgeous!
The phrase 'can't wait' has never had such a literal meaning for me.
-
Excellent! I love both the idea and the screenshots.
I am very happy Aerosoft has finally decided to start marching East.
Now I also understand why my AES support request for the also excellent freeware USSS scenery has never been listened to.
Peking will have the busiest airport in the worldMathijs, I hopefully take it as an unofficial preannouncement...
More people want italian Scenery than Russian scenery i thinkPardon me? Have you made a survey on that?
I, for instance, want both, and it makes me very happy.
A lot of people want to see a scenaries of Moscow Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo. And many ready to pay for it.You bet, Konstantin!

Are you sure you haven't accidentally downloaded the FSX version?
-
He didn't say which years June
Or maybe he lost two letters (happens when typing), making a business appointment with Mathijs in Juneau.

was meinst du mit deiner Antwort
Ich meine, dass dies eine englische Support-Forum ist, so dass Sie besser helfen in der deutschen eins zu bekommen.
Es tut mir leid, dass mein Deutsch ist schlecht.

Not sure why the two guys in red jackets are throwing dirt up in the air
They are digging holes in hectic search for AES support.

is this also developed for FS9?
See one Thorstren's sentence to make you (and some more guys, including me) happy :
We'd like to release both versions (FS9 and FSX) together -
You need to use a replacement sky texture set.
There are many around, some paid, some free.
If you want some great free stuff for the beginning, try Pablo Diaz HDEv2 (you will find it at the AVSIM library).
If you want to go payware, check REX (Real Environment Xtreme) - this software offers a huge choice of sky colours, including the sunrise and sunset themes.
Their GUI lets you see preview shots to choose the sky theme you like most.
In both cases you will also get excellent cloud replacements plus more.
Congratulations Oliver!

Oliver,
I have always admired your work and your talent, but also your will to help people seeking FS solutions.
I have supported you buying many AES credits and hope to see many more airports AESed (no hints today, lol).
It got really hard for me to depart or arrive at an airport without AES support.
All the best to Oliver and AES!
