  2. Dear Hans: In P3D v5.0, I disabled trueglass. Still CRJ is causing 'error device hung' message after some time in flight and CTD occuring. For reference only, Majestic Dash 8 Q400 Pro is doing same. But in p3d v4.5, both are ok. Could you please help about CRJ in p3d v5.0? Regards, Haseen Ahmad.

  5. For me, TrueGlass issue is in P3D v5 only, not in v4.5. In v5 I renamed "TrueGlass.dll" to "TrueGlass.off" in the gauges folder of P3D v5. But still P3D v5 closes. Dear Hans: For P3D v5, I'll try your suggestion and let you know what happens. Regards, Haseen Ahmad.
  6. I didn't find any reply to this. However, I updated to v2202 again. This time, after flying some time, p3d v5 closes with a Graphics message... DX_DIAG_HUNG. I tried to do a flight with CRJ 550, from VGHS to VEAT. But after takeoff, during climb out, p3d v5 closed with that message. Please support. Haseen Ahmad.
  7. I ran the AS Updater and updated CRJ Pro to the latest version in P3D v4.5. But after loading the plane, CRJ 1000, the cockpit is totally cold and dark, control wheel rotated to left. I turned on Battery switch but no response. Please help. Regards, Haseen Ahmad.

  9. I have the version 2201. I flew from VGJR to VGHS. I chose ILS RW14 appoach for VGHS. As no transitions for ILS 14 approach in the FMS DEP/ARR page, I used pilot defined waypoints, place-bearing/distance. They were DAC242/14, DAC300/12, DAC314/12, DAC324/12, then the approach waypoints from FMS. At first PBD i. e. DAC242/14, I set altitude constraint of 3000 ft. And my cruise was at 11000 ft. I was expecting to see top of descent in ND and VNAV deviation and snow flake. But they were not visible. Any help?
  10. During line up and final approach with manual flying, it is very difficult to maintain level laterally. I bank left a little bit for line up, then when try to level, it levels, overshoots and then rolls right. Any tips to keep the plane level laterally during final approach? I fly in a no wind condition. Haseen Ahmad.
  11. Dear mopperle: Shouldn't at least STAR heading should be visible in the FMS DEP/ARR Arrival page? I can see SIDs in DEP page. I also flew from LIBD to LIBR. I found STARs and SIDs alright.
  12. I made two flights. No. 1. from VGJR to VGHS. For VGHS I chose ILS rw 14, but did not find any approach transition option in the FMS DEP/ARR page. I was expecting MIMAR or IBANU approach transition. Next flight No. 2, from VGHS to VGEG. Expected ILS rw 23 approach transitions, ONEKA. But no approach transition option. But VGHS SID were available. Haseen Ahmad.

  15. Dear: When I press the Logitech yoke button that I mapped (button E) for AP disconnect, the FCP AP disconnect bar drops. But I want to have a soft disconnect so that the bar does not drop, i e, equivalent to pressing the AP/SP red button on the control wheel. How can I assign it? Haseen Ahmad.
  16. Dear A_Pilot and Hans: 1. Just out of curiosity, I tried the same approach (VOR approach to RW 13 of LIBR) with VNAV on. At 2000 ft, the mode showing PATH green, I selected 600 ft in the AP control panel, pressed VS button, but pitch mode showed ALTS green. The plane leveled off at 1000 ft. I was expecting to see VALT green as VNAV still engaged. Then I pressed VNAV button, VNAV button light went off but ALTV white is showing. At this point I got totally confused, I pressed ALT button, VS button, ALTS or ALT green are still on and can not engage VS mode to descend. ALTS OR ALT mode

  19. Dear: I was making VOR approach to RW 13 of LIBR. AP, FMS NAV and VNAV were engaged. I was coming from LIBD. During initial approach the plane was at 3000 ft with VNAV on. The pitch mode was PATH. Then I seleted alt 2000, descend in PATH continued ok. But when I selected 600 Ft Minima, the plane descended up to approx 1000 ft. then ALT mode green came in without any action, armed mode became ALTV white. I couldn't descend any more. I tried to select VS mode and turned the VS wheel to descend to MDA 600 ft. But no help. Then I disconnected AP and landed manually. 1. Why the pla
