I have a very strange situation. Both PFPX and Topcat both point to the same location to my current_wx_snapshot.txt. Topcat works but PFPX says no! "Cannot load Active Sky weather data". Are you sure you pointed PFPX to the correct folder? It should be C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\HiFi\AS2012\Weather whereas the letter of the drive changes depending on your own system. So after update 1.03 i can choose now the path and i can click ok without an error. BUT! After this PFXP crash! Topcat works with same path without any problems. wx_station_data.txt and current_wx_snapshot.txt are in this Folder: C:\Users\Mr.X\AppData\Roaming\HiFi\AS2012\Weather Seems that PFPX read and then crash.
