Nose wheel steering / rudder with keyboard input

Any chance to steer this aircraft on ground or deflect the rudder using the (default) keys "0" and "enter" on my keyboard? I have no joystick axis and no rudder pedals. Tried the manager option "use steering axis", but no luck.

The steering switch on the left panel is armed, and whether the yaw damper is on or off does not make any difference. At least with autocoordination on you can steer using the joystick axis, however, crosswind landings are difficult.

I am using P3D v4. Have not tried it in v3 or FSX.
