We'll first of all you agreed twice to the sales agreement that clearly stated that download order cannot be refunded.

Secondly I do not see any emails from you in our system under the gmail address you used here. I found NO tickets that had not been replied to about PFPX refunds in our system.

 

I apologize if we did do something wrong, but I expect the same from you sir.

Possibly but you would expect a user to know if he send an email to the person who sold him the product and the developers. If he bought with you why is he using our forum to ask for a refund?

 

As the information given by QuidPanic is incomplete (we still have no idea why he wants a refund) and he has not responded to my request (though he has been online) I will close this tread. If there is reason to refund we'll see it appear on support@aerosoft.com and we'll handle it when it comes.
