hello ! my rudder is working with out problems but when i want to fly ( i use flashes not joystick )  it wouldnt turn up even when im doing checklist i cant turn ( wings ) right or left

sorry, but I don´t understand, you are using flashes not a joystick? What do you exactly mean with this? And so your problem is, that the control surfaces at the wings are not moving so you are not able to turn, correct?
