jason99vmi 33 Posted December 3, 2016 Share Posted December 3, 2016 As a few others stated, I have completely uninstalled 1.3 even going as far as removing registry entries etc. Restart comp. Turn off anti virus. I then install ver 1.4 (yes the 2 Dec version). Select the platform and at the bottom it still says 1.3. If i close Simstarter and reopen it tells me to update to 1.4.
