Scandinavian 53 Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 I was going to update my navdata today, but the download button was grayed out. I thought at first that my navdata subscription was outdated so I bought a new one, but that didn't solve it, and I see now that my current subscription wasn't outdated. Later I also saw that the reinstall button for the local copy of the old navdata also was grayed out. I have tried to reinstall, but that didn't help. The account page is blank, except my email and registration code. Any ideas what I can do to fix this? And the new subscription I bought, will it replace my old one, or will it just extend it?
