Rictus 6
As above... Getting all other sounds, inc PM calling 'continue' on passing decision height... Get the GPWS altitude callouts - 1000, 500, 200 etc happily... Have I missed something obvious? Couldn't find a toggle in MCDU2 and don't think I've done anything stupid... Deputy Sheriffs The Dude 6537 Posted September 28, 2014 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted September 28, 2014 My first question would state the obvious: Did you enter a minimum on the approach page? And was this minimum also displayed on the PFD during the approach?
Rictus 6
Yes in both cases. Minimum set as 200 radio on perf page. '200' callout came, PnF said 'continue' so that seems to suggest the simulation is aware.
Deputy Sheriffs The Dude 6537 Posted September 28, 2014 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted September 28, 2014 Ok, it could be that the two callouts are overlaping here and one gets canceled out. We will look into it.

Deputy Sheriffs The Dude 6537 Posted September 29, 2014 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted September 29, 2014 I need one more piece of info. Because you used a radio minimum, which approach did you fly? And could you please fly it again with an equivalent baro minimum and see if the same problem persists. Thanks again
cgentil 163
Hello, Yesterday approaching Lisboa runway 03, ILS App, BARO 550 and no minimums callout. Same issue.
Airbus339 129
I've noticed it happens quite often after a turnaround. I mean: on the first landing you have the callouts, 40 minutes on the ground, on the return flight you don't have the callouts

Airbus339 129
I don't use checklists. So my PNF voice is switched off
Rictus 6
I was also on a turnaround flight. I was using the British PF and PnF (who did call out). I was performing the ILS27 approach to EGJJ. Manual control, no autoland. I had the checklists enabled.
