bjratchf 4 Posted December 14, 2013 Share Posted December 14, 2013 I was planning a ferry flight (no payload) with the 737NGX from KEDN-KCWF (a short flight of 435 miles). The initial plan had me landing with 3500lbs of fuel. I wanted a little more in the tanks on landing and so I put "5000" in the remaining fuel box- when I pressed compute I got the message: "Fuel required exceeds maximum fuel on board (12,619lb) limited by Fuel Capacity" the fuel capacity is 46057lbs, so I don't know how I'm getting this error, and the extra fuel doesn't put me over any limits, landing or otherwise.
