Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

Are you able to free up some space on your drive....... one user who had the same issue as you was able to install ok after freeing up additional space.

If I were in you shoes I would try a few things

- make sure you are installing as admin

- try installing in windows xp mode

- try installing to a different folder outside of Program files folder

- try installing to different drive

- have you got UAC enabled..... maybe this is causing an issue

- have you tried installing without antivirus enabled

- what is your screen resolution requirements are

  • Screen resolution of 1024x768 pixel or more

sometimes it is a matter of trying different things to see if you can find what works
