rjord 86 Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 If I were in you shoes I would try a few things - make sure you are installing as admin - try installing in windows xp mode - try installing to a different folder outside of Program files folder - try installing to different drive - have you got UAC enabled..... maybe this is causing an issue - have you tried installing without antivirus enabled - what is your screen resolution requirements are Screen resolution of 1024x768 pixel or more sometimes it is a matter of trying different things to see if you can find what works Roy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
