welchb21 20 Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 Hello I thought I would just share what I just realized is happening with the Alt constraints. I just did a flight from KDCA to KORD with the following route AML J149 ROD WATSN1 and I noticed yet again the TD was not calculated correctly, It was calculated to begin at DAIFE but there is a restraint of FL250 at DAIFE so it should have calculated it to be way before then, but anyway I started the desent before the TD and I noticed that once the aircraft passed the calculated TD point it began recognising the ALT constraints and following them. So as long as the TD gets calculated correctly the ALT constraints will be followed once passing the calculated TD point, this also goes for Manual Constraints.
