Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

I was sent e-mail to US site for shipping cost question 3 day ago,still not receive response.

Is some wrong with US site mail system?

Propably not but as you've send the mail 3 days ago it's been weekend. And maybe they were to busy to answer it yesterday.

Okay, I know they had the weekend and it's May 1st now (think they do not work there as it is basically a German company, lol), but if you do not have an answer in a few days drop us a mail at support@aerosoft.com, okay?
