Gday Shaun

I have followed your instructions for removal of innsbruck and this is what comes up on the screen

1. Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of its features - yes / no

clicked yes then it went through the uninstall process but it still shows up in c drive

next in went to re installed innsbruck and came up this message

bitte deinstallieren sie die vorhandene version bevor sie diese version installieren

Do i need and update for innsbruck I have version 1.10

Hope this helps
