Leon74 1
I found out that AES only supports the PMDG MD11 with PW engines. The GE engine model has a different wing-root structure. The right aft cargo door of the PW model is built into the wing-root structure, while the GE model has a smaller right aft cargo door, replaced fully behind the wing-root structure. Maybe it's a matter of re-configuring AES for the GE model if that's the only model you fly, but it would be nice if both models would be correctly supported in AES. Maybe in version 2.14? Delta777 272
At the moment it is only possible to have one active Intelliscene file in each aircraft folder at the same time. I doubt that can be changed in AES v2.14, maybe there will be a new way in AES NG.
Geddy_2112 99
Unless of course you can split the two MD11's into separate folders. One containg the PW variants the other the GE. I've done this with my PAirbus/PSS merges one being IAE the other CFM.
Scandinavian 53
You can always have two sets of intelliscene.cfg's. Just switch between them when flying a certain engine type.
