P944S2 0
Is there any reason why the AES follow-me service constantly taxi's me into oncoming aircraft? I thought it would have used the lovely pink dotted lines of progressive taxi to lead me to gates (this always uses the correct taxi paths and keeps me away from oncoming traffic, or gets ATC to stop me if there is going to be a clash). Developer OPabst 2091 Posted February 9, 2009 Developer Share Posted February 9, 2009 Wrong forum, moved. No, the AES Followme has no infos about other aircrafts yet and only can calculate the path to the gate in shortest way, same as FS ATC, but the FS ATC sometimes uses different ways, to prevent collitions, what AES could not do yet. A-Spot 0
Wouldn't it be possible to have the Follow-Me read the FS path lines?Cheers,A-Spot
Developer OPabst 2091 Posted February 9, 2009 Developer Share Posted February 9, 2009 No, there is no access to that (minimum in FS9)
