Unable To Access T5 Patch

Hi,

Trying to get the T5 patch. When I go the FAQ update section and login, Heathrow doesn't show in the drop down list and if I try to register it I'm told " Serial number or email adress incorrect". I've just re-installed the scenery to confirm that these details are correct. Any offers?

<EDIT> Problem solved.

Rene, you probably need to register for support first.

I think have already registered for support, as I can login to the support database. The problem is that I when I then try to register the scenery i get the above error.
