5 days and no answer from support so have copied the support request here:

 

Issue 1)

FMS text very poor on high res (4k) screen)

Issue 2)

PFD routes showing as dead straight lines  - unflyable.

 

It has been 5 days now and no reply from you?

The plane is still defective in P3D v5 which was the advertised version.

The version you supplied was many years and several versions out of date and had unreadable text on a 4k screen/pfd showing route as straight line.

The dev kindly gave me a download link for a more recent version which fixed the poor text

quality in the FMS but the other problem still persists.

The PFD shows a straight route for any route. Straight line no turns at all!

The plane is unflyable. I have removed it and any reference to it from my registry.

Please supply  refund if you cannot get this plane to work in advertised platform

I have also included one where the route was correct for ONE flight then went back to dead straight lines again,

The active sky shot is how the route is SUPPOSED to look.

 

NB: on ONE occasion the route displayed correctly so am including that screen shot as a comparison.

I have. It was the first thing I did. Have had no replies about the pfd issue though. Where do I apply for a refund as I purchased it here? It does NOT work in p3d54 for me so I can't use it. 

 

EDIT : I have submitted a refund request via ticket system. I hope I get a better response than the support request which had no reply after a week!
