Problem with loading the aircraft type

Good evening,

 

I recently downloaded the A320-21 and A318-19 from Steam, and I'm facing an issue with the A318-19 package. In the FMC (left), it displays "A0-0" in the aircraft type field and "UNKNOWN" in the engine type field. I would really appreciate any help with solving this problem. Thanks so much!
