Gustavo M. Chacon 1 Posted April 29 Share Posted April 29 Nobody on Aerosoft answer!!! Last Friday I concluded a purchase of Octavi IFR from Aerosoft and Flap kit under order number 1120566558. I haven’t received any email of my purchase and when I check on Aerosoft website I see the information that my purchase has not been processed yet. I live in Brazil but I am in USA now where I put shipping address. I will be here until Thursday May 2° after that I won’t be able to receive my purchase. Could you help me about my delivery or my purchase? In case delivery can’t be delivered until May 2° How can I cancel my order? I just bought because delivery time was up to 1 to 3 days. Thank you.
