Cannot find download link for scenery

I just purchased St.Croix scenery for XP12 in the X-Plane shop. After purchase I found my download link in my account. But instead of being able to download, I had to download the Aerosoft One installer. I logged in, but there is no download link whatsoever. I can only get a link to the shop, where I have to buy St.Croix again.

Even in my orders St. Croix is not listed.

 

Can anybody help?

In the XPlane shop or Aerosoft shop?

Somehow these 2 statements dont fit to each other.

 

In general:

When you installed AerosoftONE it should find your X-Plane installation. When you logged in, select X-Plane and under Library all bought products are listed and are available for installation.

Maybe you can show some screenshots of what you see or not see. Please make personal data unreadable.
