They extend the maximum thickness of the table on wich the Alpha Yoke and the Bravo throttle can be mounted. They can accomodate tables thickness from 3.5 to 5.5 inches (≈ 8,9 - 14 cm) and are compatible with both the Alpha Yoke and the Bravo Throttle. Please login to display this image. The lenght of the threaded rod is around 9mm too short. However, you can add some material between the desk and the little round pod, such as a piece of wood or a Post-It block. Best regards. By reading other messages, I understood that it's suggested in my case to go with the XL clamps and add a spacer like a piece of wood in between because XL Clamps start to fit with boards from 89mm up to 140mm.
