Dear Everybody,

Since 2 months ago I did something wrong with my FS2004. I changed something what caused that I couldn't open my doors anymore of my aircraft with the key: Shift + E

I checked the settings if i could re-arrange that button, but I can't find it in the list of "assignments.

Does anyone know how I can recover it again?

Move the FS2004.cfg (or is it called FS9.cfg?) and see if it works.

Hello Swayze,

Should be in the following folder.

C:Documents and Settings*Username*Application DataMicrosoftFS9

If I then tick FS9 then I get Aircraft, facilities and scenerycache.

Where would I then find it an put it in?

I just checked all folders but can't find it...

Click "Start" then "Run", enter the following line

%appdata%MicrosoftFS9

and press Enter. Then you'll see FS9.cfg

Thanks,

I Finally found it, but now where should I place the file so I can open the main-Exit (Doors) of all my Flight Simulator Aircraft?

Regards

Swayze

Just put it in a safe place on your hard drive. Cut it out and paste it. Then restart FS 9. A new FS9.cfg will be created. Your doors should open again now by pressing shift-e. If you encounter any problems use reactivate the old FS9.cfg.

Good luck!
