SimstarterNG P3D Re-install

Hi I had the latest version installed and have unistalled.

When I try and re-install the installer does not accept my email address and or the registration code.

 

I downloaded again from my account V2.4.1.52 entered my email address and then the serial but get rejected each time?

I have attached recent logs.

 

The reason for uninstalling was the aircraft livery editor stopped working.

I found that the installation was running perfect at 2/03/2022 3:52:53 so installation must have been running fine.

Can you pls post a picture from the dialog that rejects the serial? Please blur personal data and serials.

Hi.

Attached  install dialog as requested.

 

The version is the same as the version available to me on my Aerosoft account.

I do not have an anti virus only Malwarebytes and

This is an issue related to the installer.

Please double check that you took all letters of the serial and have no "empty" character at the end or beginning of the email nor serial.
