PFPX Can't Connect to Server

As of 10:21 P.M. CST August 26th PFPX can't connect to server.  Internet is working. Please advise soonest.

For past few days, I did not encounter any issues with the server. I am located in the UAE. But there were issues in the past (all fixed - at least for me).
