franno 0
Please be so kind to offer some help! After using Navigraph FMS Datamanager yesterday, the message 'not in database' appeared. It was the first time i tried to use the datamanager. I checked the file location and Datamanager did install in the correct location: user/documents/aerosoft/general/A3xxx Navigraph I tried to revert with the offered backup option, but the issue remained. I reinstalled the airbus, installed an older air cycle manually to the right directory but the issues remains : 'not in database' . Any idea what could be wrong? When checking via FMS DATA : A/C status the correct air cycle appears with the left arrow. Kind regards, Frans

Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted February 18, 2021 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted February 18, 2021 OK, when does the message appear, what are you trying to enter where. Maybe you can show us some screenshots.
franno 0
Hi Otto, I found the error....Simbrief stored the flight plan as KSFOKLAS01.flp, strange because the directory was empty. When entering KSFOKLAS in CO RTE the MCDU showed the message NOT IN DATABASE. Also installed the new air cycle via the Navigraph FMS Datamanager and that worked as well. Flight Simulation gets you smarter by the day! And you can close the case....:-) BR Frans
