I can't send my ticket to the helpdesk of Flightfactor... Waiting for a long time, from friday I am not able to send an email to them. There is a solve for this? Kind Regards, Adrián. Please use this FF Support Ticket: https://tickets.flightfactor.aero/ And important: Fill in ALL fields. Also the issue summary, issue details, and the GAPSCHA field. And keep in mind. Sometimes an eMail goes into the SPAM folder.... And please use the drop down menu's : Help Topic "FlightFactor Support" Product Name: "Airbus A320U" Subject: "Need to reset my key number" Then you can send the ticket without the Log file (LOg.txt) from X-Plane.
