Recently we have seen a lot of codes used to unlock our products being offered for discounted prices. Almost all of them are bought using stolen credit cards. These codes will all be blocked by our systems and you will have to try to get your money back from the seller, we are unable to assist in these matters. Do be very careful when you see a deal that is almost too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

I am having problems with my a320u, no activations left...


I can't send my ticket to the helpdesk of Flightfactor... Waiting for a long time, from friday I am not able to send an email to them.


There is a solve for this?

only FlightFactor can reset the key.

Please use this FF Support Ticket:

And important:

Fill in ALL fields. Also the issue summary, issue details, and the GAPSCHA field.

And keep in mind. Sometimes an eMail goes into the SPAM folder....

And please use the drop down menu's :

Help Topic "FlightFactor Support"

Product Name: "Airbus A320U"

Subject: "Need to reset my key number"


Then you can send the ticket without the Log file (LOg.txt) from X-Plane.

All other tickets without the Log.txt will not answered by FF.
