Livery Manager problem

When i try to install some livery in "Airbus A318//A319 Professional Livery Manager" for my A319, it just say that it was installed and nothing happens or it just say that the livery is already installed, but i dont have it in sim. Can you please help me?

 I installed with the livery manager in the new a318/319  an American/Piedmont and in Chaseplane..there are no inside view? Is this normal?  I can get the views inside  ok on the liveries that came with the program but this is the only livery I have added and no inside views.
