wmackenbrock 1 Posted October 30, 2007 Share Posted October 30, 2007 The FSX update for my ATR is working well except for one teasing fault: during approach for instance EDLP RWY 06 yesterday the fequency was tuned in, the GS-symbol and the Loc-symbol pretty well showing, but than, switching to APPR-Mode nothing happened, the aircraft was still proceding straight and level. After a while, the locater was picked up, the GS was missed further on. Putting the AP off charge, directing the aircraft manually the proper way and switching the AP on again, the problem had gone - the aircraft was precisely following the GS and LOC. Exactly the same thing happened today again, this time with EDDP RWY 08- but now additionally the GPWS was shouting like mad .... with flaps and gear out, appr-mode being active. What am I doing wrong? That was not experienced with the FS9 and the SP3 had been installed with the FS9-Version already and mostprobably copied to FSX.
