777 Worldliner Extended Cruise Flight

While in cruise the plane does not hold the altitude properly. It always climbs or sinks around 200 feet plus/minus the selected altitude.

Anybody knows the reason for that?

I also use the PMDG 777 and I do not have that problem at all.
