odd texture appearance

Hi I am so sorry if this has been covered somewhere else but I have not seen it?

 

I have an issue with livery installed that are for the A321 IAE. I will attach a file to show the issue. I have tried uploading manually and using livery manager and no matter which way I do it this happens. However all over models so the 321 CFM and the A320 CFM/IAE work fine.. I am guessing its a missing file somewhere but not sure where?

Sorry if this has been covered before but would appreciate any help 

I am running FSX downloaded from steam on Win 7 and downloaded the Aerosoft A320/321 also from steam
