Probleme mit Installation

Hallo,

 

bei der Installation von PFPX ist die Installationsroutine abgeschmiert; d.h. ich habe ein unvollständiges Installationsverzeichnis. Wenn ich jetzt versuche das Programm ein zweites Mal zu installieren, habe ich lediglich die Auswahl "Deinstallieren".

 

Diese kann ich anklicken, die Meldung "wurde deinstalliert" erscheint, aber bei der erneuten Installation steht dann wieder nur die Deinstallation zur Verfügung.

 

Wenn ich unter WIN Programme die Software deinstallieren will, passiert das gleiche .... nämlich nichts


Was muss ich machen, damit ich PFPX korrekt installieren kann ?

Hallo,

dieses Problem hatte ich auch. Das liegt am Register. Lange habe ich überlegt. Zum Schluß habe ich einen EDVer gefragt. Der sagte, installiere CCleaner schau nach dem Programm und lösche den Registereintrag. Gesagt getan. Danach hat es wieder funktioniert. PFPX konnte danach einwandfrei installiert werden. Den CCleaner habe ich dann wieder deinstalliert.
