Adding a Cage option to the artificial horizon

I was looking at real world F-14A cockpits, and I noticed that the standby artificial horizon had the ability to be caged.  Looking at the aerosoft f-14 it doesn't seem to have this ability.  I was wondering if this was true, and if it is true could the development team possibly work a cage option into any future updates, it would be nice to have that capability.
