How to set 3000 ft alt to zero

The Set Altitude box in the panel is set to 3000 feet by default . I'm  running the auto pilot module from Go -Flight and when i set the cruise altitude to say 8000 ft the box stays at 3000 ft . No big deal, probably cause by custome coding , so where in the aircaft conf. file do i set it to zero cause it beeps and beeps to alert me when im near the 3000 foot mark ? i know how to change the default V Speed  from 1,000 feet to where ever i want but not this default  setting of 3000 ft-----Louis
