Hello,
thank you for Version 1.11 it fixes a few bugs. But today I made just one Flight and found this:
- Flight Director showing still the wrong direction during turns
- Heading Bug is missing on the A320 ND in ARC-Mode. (The A321 has it)
- The FPS on the Displays are still low as before Version 1.11
- During a manual landing the nose is going down by itself just at 100 ft RA.
- Cannot disengage the Autobrake after landing
- The FSX Pushback Truck did not meet the nose gear when pushing back
- The Batteries are discharging when External Power is connected and in use.
- Co-Pilot ND shows not the loaded flight plan
- During managed climb with Target Speed 300 kts the Airbus holds only 291 kts (with N1 at 80 %)
- On PFD there is no Speed Bug when in MACH HOLD Mode
- PFD reads THR CLB during managed Cruise (should be MACH at that position)
- MDA is not displayed on the PFD when set in FCU
- when on Standard QNH the adjustment window beside the Autopilot should show "Std" not "STD"
- And the Identification of the tuned VOR 2 is shown all the time beside the Aircraft Symbol on ND when in ARC mode.
I hope it will be fixed by SP1.

Hello,
I don´t think so, today I did a Flight from EDDV to EDDF (Hannover to Frankfurt), Just after Take Off in Hannover with Heading south to Frankfurt (160 NM away) I switched on
the Airport Button and there were only 3 Airports visible and all of them in the Area of my departure Airport (Even with Range Setting to 320 NM).
But there should be Airports visible like EDVK, EDLP or EDDG.
All of them have a Runway long enough for an A321. But they were not shown !?

Thank you for that, I will try it, but I think thats not the problem, I always start my FSX with the default Cessna 172 on RWY 27R at EDDV with setup ready for take off.
So the Avionic Master is on there, but I will recheck that.

I don´t think its a shadow, you can find a lot of pictures at Airliners.net with the lower half of the wingtip grey and the upper half white.
That must be a part of the colours scheme of Lufthansa.

Ok on that picture its white, but I think I made a picture out of the cabin on one of my last flights with a Lufthansa Airbus A320 where you can see the two colours.
I just found one picture. Check out this one its not my but it shows the wingtip of a Lufthansa A320. So maybe they have the two colours only on the inner side of the
wingtip fences !

Yes,
I agree the flightplan is only displayed on the left ND. And two more things.
1: There is a heading bug missing, which shows the adjusted heading when flying with autopilot
2: The number of displayed Airports. When I switch on the AIRPORT Button to see the surrounding Airports, with a high range setting (80, 120 NM) I see only a very
few Airports, but there are a lot more in the Area.
And sometimes it seems that there are displayed more Airports behind the Airplane then in front of it !?

Another Mistake, the wingtip fences should have grey color on the lower half and white color on the upper half !

Ok, so Aerosoft made everything correct, they told the cockpit is based on CFM Engines, but I don´t read that and expected an IAE Engine Page too.
Maybe there will be an update to fix it later on.

Hello,
The climb performance in managed mode is now better on Airbus X, but one thing, at FL 100 the plane should reduce vertical speed to increase Airspeed. But it remains at high
vertical speed and tries to increase speed with a higher thrust. Normally the engines should stay all the time at climb power while climbing. Speed changes
will be done with vertical speed changes. My Airbus X does it with Thrust changes !?
2nd Thing the refresh rate of the displays. In the forum thread "low fps on instruments" I offered a solution for that problem, BEFORE release of the Update,
but the refresh rate is still unaccaptable and I had to change it manually again. Disappointing !
3nd Thing the Flight Director is still showing the wrong direction, when turning with autopilot.
And there is still the nose down movement when disconnecting the autopilot and short before touchdown.
I hope for another update that fixes these major problems.

I tried to move the rudder in Flight also with just the Keyboard, but it has no effect. The rudder is not working.
I will try if it works below 100 ft RA.
All my other Add Ons are working fine with the Saitek rudder pedals.

Hello,
during flight, the rudder seams to be inoperativ. Thats unrealistic. When the plane touches the ground rudder starts working.
(Auto Coordination in FSX is deactivated, I am using Saitek rudder pedals and no FSUIPC).
So crosswind landings are almost impossible to fly. Whats wrong, can you tell me how to fix ?

Hello,
I had the same problem, i opened the panel folder and than the Display folder. Than open the file PFD with an Editor.
Search for a line like Frequency>1>Frequency. This controls the refresh rate of the display. I entered a 200 instead of the 1 and the Display runs very smooth now.
I did the same for the ND file. There is not only one line in the files with Frequency so search the complete file for "Frequency".

Hello,
during manual Engine start Fuel Flow increases to about 4200 kg. That makes the engine to spool up to Take off Power and come back to idle very fast.
Thats completely unrealistic. Normally Fuel Flow starts at 25 % N2 rotation and has its maximum at about 500 kg.
Engine start with STRG + E works normal when you set Masterlever to RUN at 23 % N2 rotation.
I Hope you can fix it soon.
Second Mistake I found is, at Airplanes equipped with IAE V2500 A5 Engines the main engine Page on upper ECAM shows EPR-Value as the main operation parameter instead
of N1 at CFM powered Airplanes.
Thats a big mistake. Please correct it in the next update.

Hello,
I found a problem with the Flight Director of Airbus X. When the Airplane is turning with Autopilot engaged, the vertical bar should go e.g. to the right and the airplane
should follow. But at Airbus X the FD moves in a right turn to the left instead of right !! Thats not correct.
I tried to fix it by myself. But I wasn´t able to get it to the correct behaviour.
Can´t imagine that nobody saw it during beta testing.
How can I fix this problem ?

Hallo,
das Problem mit dem Gleitpfad und dem PAPI ist mir auch aufgefallen, ich hab den Eindruck der Gleitpfad ist verrutscht, ich meine man kommt viel zu hoch rein und setzt ziemlich weit in der Mitte der
Bahn auf.
Das gleiche ist mir auch in Lübeck aufgefallen, da sind im Anflug auf die Bahn 25 auf dem Gleitpfad alle vier Lichter immer rot.
Außerdem scheint mir die Ansicht KONTROLLTURM in Paderborn irgendwie komisch, die ist sehr weit oben und mitten auf dem Vorfeld und nicht da, wo eingentlich der Tower ist !
Ansonsten sind die Airports sehr schön anzusehen und sehr gut umgesetzt.
Enttäuscht bin ich jedoch von der Ablaufgeschwindigkeit. So hab ich doch immer wieder Unterbrechungen von ca. 1 Sekunde in der Umgebung der Airports. Am schlimmsten ist es in Bremen mit teilweise
nur 7 Bildern pro Sekunde (bei ausgeschaltetem Bodenverkehr !) (Zum vergleich, sogar bei Aerosofts Flughafen Frankfurt hab ich auch mit Traffic zwischen 15 und 20 Bilder pro Sekunde).
Das ist auch nur bei den German Airports 3 die anderen German Airports Reihen laufen super flüssig.
Vielleicht gibts ja ein Update um diese Fehler zu korrigieren. Kann mir kaum vorstellen das das was oben beschrieben wurde bei den Tests keinem aufgefallen ist.

Ja, ich fordere das an bevor ich zur Startbahn rolle, an der Startbahn erhalte ich ja dann die Startfreigabe mit der Anweisung eine rechte oder linke Platzrunde zu fliegen.
Wenn ich dann im Gegenanflug am Ende der Bahn vorbei geflogen bin erhalte ich die Freigabe für den Touch and Go.
Wenn ich dann aufsetze kommt vom Tower die Nachricht: Contact Ground on . . .. Das dürfte ja eingentlich nicht sein.
Bisher hab ich das in Stade, Uetersen, St. Michaelisdonn beobachtet.
Andere Flugplätze wie Flensburg haben ja gar nicht die Tower funktion, sondern nur die Info Frequenz. Bei den Flugplätzen ist die Funkfrequenz immer 122.900 obwohl
in den Charts was anderes steht. Da tritt das Problem natürlich nicht auf.

Ich hab es jetzt nochmal durchprobiert. Ergebnis:
Touch and Go funktioniert auf folgenden Flugplätzen nicht:
St. Michaelisdonn
Stade
Uetersen
Wismar
Neustadt
Außerdem stimmen die Funkfrequenzen der folgenden Plätze nicht mit denen in den Charts überein:
Flensburg
Hartenholm
Neumünster
Rendsburg
Schleswig-Kropp
Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass das bei den Tests nicht aufgefallen ist.
Vielleicht kann das ja in einem späteren Update korrigiert werden.

Mir ist das bisher in Stade und in St. Michalisdon aufgefallen, einige andere Flugplätze sind ja nicht, anders als im Handbuch beschrieben, mit der Towerfunktion ausgestattet
sondern haben nur eine INFO Frequenz wo man seine Position angeben muss.
Teilweise stimmen auch die Frequenzen in den Charts nicht mit denen im Simulator überein.
Ich werd alle Flugplätze nochmal prüfen. Und dann nochmal die Ergebnisse schreiben.

Guten Tag zusammen,
seit kurzem hab ich die German Airlfields Nordlichter. Die Airfields sind super umgesetzt, allerdings ist mir folgendes aufgefallen:
Wenn ich mit einem Kleinflugzeug starte, eine Platzrunde fliege und dann ein Touch and Go mache, kommt über Funk vom Tower sofort nach dem Aufsetzen auf der Runway:
"Contact Ground On . . .", obwohl ich auf der Runway aufsetze.
Ich habs auf mehreren Flugplätzen probiert, mit dem gleichen Ergebnis.
German Airfields 1 und German Airfields 3 hab ich auch, bei denen funktioniert das einwandfrei.
Hab ihr das auch festgestellt oder ist das ein Einzelfall bei mir. Wie gesagt das ist nur auf Flugplätzen der German Airfields 2 Nordlichter.
Mein System: Vista 64bit FSX mit beiden Service Packs und Acceleration Pack.
Würde mich über Rückantworten freuen.

Schau mal im FSX in den My Traffic ordner, dort findest du ein deutsches Manual in dem auf Seite 18 beschrieben wird, wie man die Traffic Tool Box anzeigen lässt.
Da wird auf eine dll.xml Datei bezug genommen, die findest du unter Dokumente und Einstellungen dann weiter mit Anwendungsdaten, Microsoft und FSX da müsste dann neben der FSX. cfg Datei auch die dll.XML datei zu finden sein. Die muss mit einem Text-Editor geöffnet werden und entsprechend bearbeitet werden.

Ok, das verstehe ich natürlich, aber Tuifly gibt es nicht erst seit gestern und ich hatte speziell vorher gefragt, ob die Hapag-Lloyd flieger aktualisiert wurden und das wurde mir auch bestätigt.
Da war ich natürlich enttäuscht das da alles beim alten geblieben ist.
Werde gleich mal den Link nutzen.

Hallo
habe heute das neue My Traffic X 5.1 erhalten. Und ich muss sagen, das ich ein wenig enttäuscht bin, zwar sehen die Flugzeuge von der Qualität besser aus bei guter Performance, aber ich hatte gadacht das auch die Airlines und Bemalungen auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden.
Wer dies erwartet hat, braucht sich das neue My Traffic X 5.1 NICHT zu kaufen. So gibt es zum Beispiel keine gelben TUIfly Flugzeuge und auch das schon lange ausgediente Rufzeichen Hapag-Lloyd ist nach wie zu hören. Auch die alten HLX Maschinen werden mit Hapag Lloyd angesprochen (Excellence wäre richtig)
Das neue Yellow Cab gibt es leider nicht, wie Aerosoft Mitarbeiter angegeben haben Zitat:
("Circa 10.000 Dateien sind verändert, optimiert und angepasst worden. Zum Beispiel sind auch die Rufnamen korrigiert. Das Soundpatch erkennt automatisch die Sprachversion des FSX und wählt die entsprechenden ATC-Sprache danach aus.")
Hab ich da was nicht richtig installiert oder kenne die Aerosoft Mitarbeiter ihre eigenen Produkte nicht mehr?

FD showing wrong direction

Thank you, would be great if it can be fixed. I tried it with the Avionic Master, but that wasn´t the solution.
I opened the PFD File in the Displays folder and checked the command lines for the FD vertical Bar. I also tried to replace these lines with the lines
out of the standard FSX A321 FD but still the same. Airplane goes to the right and FD shows to turn left.
I will continue to find the problem, maybe I will find it. But I don´t think so.
