CRJ 550/700 - Steam version - bought from AS Shop - downloaded updateted version using Aerosoft One today - uninstalled older version and then:
As I try to install the new updated version I get information like this:
Runtime Error (at 66:312)
Internal error: Unknown custom message name
"USERRMSGCRJ1" in "cm" constatnt.
May I ask that what is caused this error?

Hello again!
I tested what Snave suggested and the results are:
First attempt -> taxi - check everythigs - lineup - takeoff - rotate - Blue Screen
Second attempt after reboot - works very well but after 57 minutes I lost GPS /Flaps motor power. Solution Ctrl+E.
Well - a little progress from about 20 minutes almost 1 hour - hmmmm...
BTW - no problem with AI planes on the KORS but this elctricity problem is odd and hopefully there will be find a solution. I tested to fly with Wilga and no problem and I tested with T182T Skylane and no problem...

Hello!
I bought Katana 06/02/2011 from SimMarket (download) and it works very well. A few month ago I installed a second HD onto my PC (2 T) and installed FSX onto it but not the Katana. A few days ago I get a message from SimMarket that 1,4 update is available so I downloaded and installed it. At first I read a manuals because I know this is very well modelled addon and need's much attention.
First I start FSX - saved flight with default Cessna - Fly Now - Menu - Aircraft - Katana - all settings as needed - prosedures like manual said. No problem and every things seems to work as they should be. I use RXP GPS so I put a route onto it and after that I start taxi. About 15 minutes and I lost power from the GPS and Flaps. I found here a trick today - Ctrl+E - and it works but isn't very realistic if we speak about Katana and it's system.
I made a short flight - about 40 minutes - and came back, shout down the engine and after couple minutes Blue Screen. This not happend to me very long time and I'm little bit worry now.
An other thing - my base airport is KORS (Orbx) and I found that a few AI plane (UT Traffic 2) "hoover" without wheels and this not happen any other plane I used.
Katana is installed as admin but AV on (Panda) - ever problem with that. UAC is off.
FSX Gold Edition and Acceleration pack installed.
Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit
i7 2600 3,4 HHz
8 G RAM
nVidia GTX 560 OC 1 G
I use Bojote's tweaks because it gets best result to me and yes - uiautomationcore.dll is installed. I read this forum and made all trics I found here but no solution. FSX.cfg I don't want to touch because it's works very well with all others addon now.
Some real solution with a fix would be very wellcome.

Not sure what you are trying to say in your first sentence but as far as the Catalina is conserned I have had it for a while now and still fly it regularly as it is complex enough to be a challange. Since it has been around for a while you will find an answer to any question you have somewhere in this forum or on the internet in general. If you are interested in it, do not let snave discourage you as he will not be in the cockpit with you when you are flying
As far as the answers to the original poster, had he just searched the internet instead of engaging in a pointless discussion, he would already have the lights installed and working.Dave
The CatalinaX seems to be a nice and I believe that it's about what the developers promised. I watched a video. I have A2A's Stratocruiser and I like vintage plane like these are -> no Ctrl+E system and working buttons and system. They are newer perfect and we customers - we are a beta tester and there is all to time some problems with addons like this because they are came more complex but this isn't big problem if we get help from developers as we need it.
If we want to get more some kind realism like lights or cockpit sounds like Accu-Feel to provide we must buy them because they don't belong to package but they can to put together but some times we need a little bit help for that. Is it really so big deal to give help question like this although a question are an other company products. Caredado gives help Reality XP's, ORBX gives help many freeware/payware and so on. This is what I call customer service and everybody are happy and vice versa, ofcourse.
We can find answeres almost every question via internet today but sometimes it's take a lot times to find a right answere but if we can go to direct to the products forum with ours problems and get helps is more easier. I want to use my products - not sitting and searching some possible solution to my problems hours after hours. The trend is today that customers help customer - during an old good days seller helps customers and they cares them, too...
Every body choice his way and I'll turn my to the DC-6 if it some times come out.

May I ask from You that is this really all what about Aerosoft customer forum to give their customers?
I planned to buy Catalina but I'm not sure now. If I bought it and mayby I need some help and only what I'll get is stupid sarcasm like above and some car story... All threads seems to be a same line with Yours comments.
But yes - Who cares what You thinks - eeeh... Hmmmm... Wise guy?

And the GPS as 2D pop up is unacceptable?
Well - a short answere is yes. There would be very nice empty place for XP gps on the VC and if I can't use it in the VC I leave it. Yes - Ihave FSMap on my laptop but I have a big problem with SimConnect now so I'm totally blind now as I fly mountais area. With GPS I usally follow rivers and so on and see about what is front of me...

Jim - thanks for Yours info - it was saddly news to me. I fly a lot on the area of the Alaska and Canada (ORBX) and every flight info are very important. Most bad thinngs is that my simconnect not work either now so I can't use FSMap on the laptop so mayby I must to change a plane...

Hello!
I hope that somebody could help me and to explain to me how to install Reality XP GNS530 gps gauge to this very nice GA-plane and I mean N113AS. I tryed but it's gone to a wrong place - to Cockpit but not to Virtual Cockpit. There is very good place right side (empty place) of the cockpit to setup the gauge and any help would be very welcome:

The problem:
I try to import FS 2004 Flight Plan according to manual page 126 (today) but seems to be that it's not work. Only the small green triangle blinking and as I push Ent-button nothing happen.
Yestarday everything works perfectly and I saw my flight plan on the screen of the GPS (EFHK-EFRO), Cheyenne follow the route nicely but during approaching something gone wrong - plane takes 180 degrees round back as I push App-mode. Okay. I think it's my own mistake and I will solve it but not this GPS-problem althought I tryed few hours today.
Can someone help me?
EDIT: The problem has solved except approaching. I do something wrong but I don't know what?
EDIT II: No, no, no - importing FS Flight Plan to Trimble not working - I tought that the problem was solved but same things continue...
Any ideas?
EDIT III: Ok - SP2 fix the problems - I think - becouse I managed twice to loaded FS Flight Plan to the Trimble few time ago.

I made firs(yestarday) that I downloaded installer direct from Aerosoft Shop via my Account. This Installer did not worked. As I used Aerosoft One addon and downloaded & insalled with this AS One I got all working. I don't know very much about this Aerosoft One product but as I bought a Aerosoft PANC from SimMarket I must use the Aerosoft One addon to instal this airport.
Mayby You can try this, too or try Simmarket apllication -> download it and run...
