  1. can anybody please tell me which system i nead to use fsx with all graphics at maimum settings? (cpu, graphic card, cache)
  2. yes i think thats true, but then there's just one big question: why are the big aircraftmanufactures building their aircrafts in that way? can't they do that better (just for the safety if the computers fail...)
  3. i saw the download version to, but i think i was really lucky, that my computer crashed befor i could download it (bluescreen) i promise i woun't try to load this even if i know where i could get it... just a little question: is it true that this beta does really damage to the frames at the moment? i don't wanna test it so i ask, i think that's the better version to get information without making illegal things... and by the way my fs has damage enough (frame problems, problems with the cpu and so on) just an question: if i want to use the fs with full graphics and all that, how much (german: arbeitsspeicher (don't know the english word -sorry)do i need? can anyone pls translate that word if someone knows that? same for the CPU...

  7. yes, must be really great to do something like that in a real sim!!! just a little thing on the united 232: do you know that many pilots tryed flying that flight in an simulator and no one was able to do what the crew of this dc10 made it's really shit that they crashed just a few seconds befor they landed in sioux city but after this accident the technology to fly without hydraulic/fbw (it gave a technologie wich that the pilots only have to say the ap what to do and the autoflight handels the engines then and so the aircrafts can fly without the main flightcontrols) got no clearence from the ICAO. they sayed that there is no need for an system for such rare accident... so we don't have those technologies today.

  9. ok, thx for the answer. and i was thinking about what the aerosoft team was thinking when deciding that they woun't do a big manual... just a question: if the manual is already done can you please make it already downloadeble, so that i can study it now, so that i can fly the bus when it releases... (i want to fly when the bus comes out, not to read! and i think that's not just my opinion)
  10. if it is like that i think we all missunderstood you. sorry that i've rated you down then. but your question semmed so that you just didn't read the whole forum... i think you should buy the first version, because i have also the wilco bus and you can't really call that an airbus. more an self-created airplane, which is looking (a little bit) like an airbus. and i think you must buy the "normal" version of the airbus, befor you can make an upgrade on it to the final version. so better buy it when it releases and have fun with an good looking airbus then with one which has a little more system depth, but which can't fly (and behaves like an badly trimmed boeing 737 ) by the way that is the same what i'm going to do, and i think that is the best way, you can use to get away form wilco quality, to good (real) quality... so i hope that we gonna get the airbus as soon as possible...................................so that we can enjoy airbus flights without bad flightcontrols, and so on...
  11. i think the final (advanced) version will include all electronic checklists and so on, but i'm not very sure about that. to your second point: the update for the advanced version will cost 10-20 euro i think...

What do you mean with "the same for the airbusses"? when you mean the trim controles then i can tell you that they are on the left and the right side of the trottles, if you mean that the FMC calculates those numbers, then i can't help you..., at least i'm not sure, but i think it's not possible to make an automatic calculation... but i think even a few airbus pilots are reading this topic too, so why can't one of those answer? ore i think that there are a few beta testers who are real life pilots so mathijs can you ask one of them pls?
  13. i hope it will (just think on the wilcobus and what happens when you let the sidestick *drop* back into its normal position during an manual approach... there i can just do one thing: hope that the ntsb has a few investigators leftB)! so i'm creating workingplaces during an wilcoairbusflight with real normal procedures :excl:)
  14. mathijs i have one last question about the fly by: how is it acting when i'm using the flaps? is it able to maintain the position of the bus like when the flaps are not extendent ore must i always pull the stick to me? the same thing about the aircraft in full landing config, when using the spoilers, and so on? and one more question: is it able to bring the aerosoft airbus x into a stall? (however you do it)!

  16. yes my problems are similar to yours i think i should inform saitek about that... but lets get back to the airbus topic befor we're quoted down (this isn't a saitek forum, it's an aerosoft one...)
  17. yes its right... do you have big problems with the trottles? (i have when i want to use less than 25% power and the left lever does exactly tha same as the right (just the one in the middle is working right exept the thing with low power))
  18. Thanks for your reply. Well i've tested the fbw system on the wilcobus again and one thing happend to me where i hope that it is not going to happen in the aerosoft bus: when was trying to land the bus using 135 kt true air speed the autopilot wasn't able to keep the bus on the glideslope. when i switched it off the nose went down and i 've not been able to pull it up manually. in the end the flight ended a few miles befor the runway in the city of hamburg. on the same flight i've tested the fbw a little more exectly and it was not able to maintain the position. it began to sink with about 500 fpm, and i'm sure it would have crashed if i would have not pulled it up again. and another thing about the wilco bus: when i'm using increased simulation speed the flightcomputer suddenly beginns to tell me that i'm flying in the wrong direction and the autoflight turns the aircraft in the wrong direction. (often it makes a 180 degrees turn) i hope that this is not going to happen in your aircraft. and if i'm about saying something about increased simspeed have you tested the bus when using for example 4X speed? and one last thing: i think the fly by wire is the system which is used to maintain the airbus in the position in which i pulled it using the sidestick. isn't that right? when not please tell me! and i have a question: you've sayed that the manual is about 2 pages long, does that mean that there is no checklist included? (i think the list is longer that 2 pages, ore at least it is one page if you just include the importanst things. right?) so what else stands in there? a touturial flight (when even a VERY short version) ore what?
  19. and i've a question about the engines: is it so that you mustn't push the trottles forward to make the bus moving forward on the ground? and how good is that simulated? and a question about the fly by wire: does it behave like the fbw on the wilco bus ore is it much different?

  21. I think we should not only thank Mathijs! we should say thank you to the whole aerosoft company and to all others who make flightsimulation being that what it is!!! Just think about what would be without aerosoft, pmdg, and so on... who is flying the default 747-400 which you can find in the normal fsx? i think no serious flightsimmer is doing that! so lets say thank you to all developers of flightsim add-ons for their great work, which made the flightsimulator x what it is now. and by the way, the pics and videos of the airbus x look really great i can't wait for the release any longer...

  23. I've a question about the autoflight (again): Is the airbus able to fly an open climb ore must i enter the vertical speed manually? And another question: what about the sounds which appear while kanding (100, 50, 40, 30, 20, (retard), 10, 5) are they included in the "not advanced" version of the A320/321?
