Hello Corgi,
the key format has not changed from FlightFactor. It is always the 20 Character format.
Please don't install the CEF Plugin (resources/plugins folder) with X-Plane 12.
This is important.
And be sure to install the latest version of the FF A320. This is at the time v1.7.3.
Best way is to download the newest version from your Shop account and install it from scratch.

Hallo,
ich habe den Topic mal ins XPUIPC Unterforum verschoben.
Bei mir funktioniert (ohne große konfigurationen, ausser die IP Adresse) die v2.0.5.9 auch im X-Plane 12.

"Heliport" in this case only means, that this Airport also has Heliports beside the other Aircraft gates and parking areas.
But do you have installed the latest LEMG for XP11? This is v 1.1.1

ist SAM3 (v3.1.10) korrekt installiert?
Welche X-Plane Version? X-Plane 11 oder 12? Jeweils aktuell?

Ansonsten (wenn SAM3 installiert ist) hilft es, den Simulator einmal zu schließen, neu zu starten und dann LEMD wieder laden.
Dann erst hat der Sim und SAM3 alle Einstellungen erledigt. Danach sollte es immer funktionieren.
Auch LEMD (Madrid) muss je nach Simulator (XP11 oder 12) aktuell sein. Das ist zur Zeit V 1.1.1 für beide Simulatoren.

Hast Du die Fallback Library korrekt entpackt?
Da gibt es möglicherweise einen zweiten Ordner beim Entpacken.
Nur der Fallback Ordner in dem direkt der Ordner "Scenery_SDK und die Datei library.txt enthalten ist muss/darf in Deinen Custom Scenery Ordner kopiert werden.

Hello,
if there are problems with SAM3 in X-Plane 12 (or XP11) and someone does not want to install SAM3, but uses sceneries that require SAM3:
FlyAgi has created a fallback library for this.
Please download and copy the unzipped fallback library into the custom scenery directory.
Of course, without SAM3 the animated jetways and other SAM3 features will not work.
The library only prevents the error messages if SAM3 is not installed.

Hallo,
wenn es mit SAM3 im X-Plane 12 (oder XP11) Probleme gibt und jemand SAM3 nicht installieren möchte, aber Szenerien verwendet, die SAM3 benötigen:
FlyAgi hat uns dafür eine Fallback Library erstellt.
Bitte herunterladen und die entpackte Fallback Library ins Custom Scenery Verzeichnis kopieren.
Natürlich funktionieren ohne SAM3 dann die animierten Jetways und andere SAM3 Features (FollowMe ...) nicht.
Die Library verhindert nur die Fehlermeldungen und fehlerhaftes Laden der Szenerie wenn SAM3 nicht installiert ist.

Danke Agi,
man muss aber bedenken, dass Aerosoft One bei der Installation von Airports die SAM3 benötigen, auch SAM3 automatisch wieder installiert, wenn es nicht installiert ist (in Plugins Ordner).
Etwas "tricky" bleibt das also mit SAM3.... wenn man es nicht haben möchte.

Hallo Thomas,
EDNY benötigt das SAM3 Base Plugin (v3.1.10), wie viele andere Airports auch.
Wenn SAM3 fehlt, sieht es wie auf Deinem Bild aus.
Aber SAM3 funktioniert mit XP12 und Windows 10 gut. Abstürze habe ich hier keine wenn SAM3 installiert ist. XP12.09.

Hmm,ok
das mit dem Key kann aber nur FlightFactor (FF) klären.
Da können wir hier nichts machen. Wir haben keinen Zugriff auf verwendete keys.
Da würde ich noch einmal nachhaken.
Den key hast Du mit Copy&Paste (Kopieren&Einfügen) eingegeben?
Manchmal landen die FF Antworten auch im Spam Ordner des verwendeten eMail Programs. Dort vielleicht auch mal nachschauen.
Oder den key einfach noch einmal probieren. Vielleicht hat FF den ja schon wieder freigeschaltet...
Wichtig wäre auch den installierten X-Plane 12 noch einmal mit dem gleichen Installer zu aktualisieren, damit die aktuelle Version installiert ist.

sehe ich genauso wie FlyAgi bezüglich der X-Plane 12 "Reparatur".
Der Windows Defender ist wirklich gut. Aber das muss natürlich jeder selbst entscheiden...

Hallo ,
wir sind dabei, Manchester im Shop anzupassen.
Das sollte aber inzwischen stimmen. V1.0.1 für XP12 und v1.0.4 für XP11.
Im Aerosoft One ist die Version 1.0.1 nun auch verfügbar für X-Plane 12.
